With the support of Food Connect we are able to feed over 2,000 western addition community members every week between delivering our program meals and produce boxes, and with the additional food recovery we are able to offer more produce options at our weekly community market.

Teaming up with Food Connect Group has boosted The FruitGuys' mission to relieve hunger by donating visually imperfect and leftover produce and snacks to nearby hunger relief partners. Together, we're ensuring excess food finds a home on a plate, not in the trash. Cheers to more meals, less waste, and healthier, happier communities!

Farming Hope

Our partnership with Food Connect came at the perfect time. As a small nonprofit, I was handling all morning food pickups, and our team rotated on deliveries. When I got pregnant and our partnerships grew, we couldn't keep up with the logistics alone. Food Connect has allowed us to expand without worrying about pickups or deliveries, helping us recover more food and deliver nutritious meals to those in need.
